The Glamorgan Heritage Coast and Countryside is very welcoming to dogs (as you'll see below!), however there are places where they must be kept on a lead at all times. Please observe local rules to each location / attraction by clicking on the links provided and if in doubt keep them on a lead. Always pick up and bin any mess. DOGS LOVE THE SEA and so do the kids so take them to the beach! We have lots of stunning beaches that offer loads of sand to run around on and some waves to splash in. Don't forget the balls and Frisbee too!

The Porthcawl beaches also welcome dogs between 1 May and 30 September (Rest Bay, Town Beach, Coney Beach and Trecco Bay).
